Description: Internal complaint with a finding of Sustained for violating CMPD Rule 3:12.5 for being untruthful to a supervisor by making misrepresentations that his locker was secured when he knew it was  
not. Officer was a seasonal employee who was released from employment based on non‐disciplinary seasonal employment terms prior to the conclusion of the Internal Investigation. At conclusion of investigation, charge was sustained and a written reprimand was issued.
