## Statement

Mr. Antelo wrote me 4 summonses without ever pulling me over. It seems very awkward to accuse someone of 4 violations without even approaching them. As an officer seeing someone commit these acts, wouldn’t you feel the need to approach? Is it possible to see someone do all 4 violations at once, as stated on this ticket? Also, all violations were written at same exact time. This is absurd, considering I’m not familiar with this town I’m being accused of committing these violations in. I have an immaculate driving record & these maneuvers I’m being accused of aren’t my style, considering I am currently employed in a field which requires me to take safety serious and to also maintain a good clean class A drivers license. I have already appeared in court in which he didn’t show. Ive been rescheduled because of this & now I have another court date tomorrow via zoom. I do not appreciate this officer violating me this way by sending 4 tickets to my house without ever pulling me over. If I did all these things, why wasn’t I pulled over? Mr. Antelo will not blemish my driving record with lies. I am a borough foreman with city of New York & I am required to possess a class A drivers license. I’ve been on my job 19 years & I’ve managed to keep my record clean no matter where I’m driving. Mr. Antelo is bad for law enforcement and may be writing false tickets.
